I started PURE in 2008 with the mission to support the well-being of our guests, members, staff and the larger Granada community.*  Until the pandemic (March, 2020), my wife and I lived in Granada full time (though we took full advantage of the freedom to travel that our role as PURE’s owners/co-managers/Yoga instructors provided us).

Due to familial responsibilities in the US, we have only been able to spend a total of 3.5 months in Nicaragua during the last 3 years.

PURE’s manager has done excellent job with the day-to-day administration of the business.  However, PURE would benefit from an owner that can dedicate more time that I am able to offer. One example: PURE has hosted three very successful 200 hour Yoga teacher trainings (Yoga Alliance Certified) in the past.  This is obvious are of expansion for the business, but I just don’t have the time to reach out to Yoga teacher training providers.

We are not interested in selling PURE without the physical property.  While we would prefer to sell the business and the property, we would also be open to the idea of remaining partners with the new property owner / co-owner of PURE.

PURE’s website has a detailed version of PURE’s history.
